On Tuesday 15 December, Year 6 pupils were treated to a very special live pantomime performance of Peter Pan to celebrate the last week of term. As well as taking on acting roles, the sixth form cast also worked hard to create and manage props, scenery, costumes and lighting to bring the story to life.
As well as providing excellent entertainment for the Prep School, the performance was recorded with viewings available for a voluntary contribution to this years’ sixth form charities: Princess Alice Hospice and Mind. Our thanks to all those who donated to help the school raise £1,200 for these brilliant causes.
In the absence of an annual Senior School drama production normally taking to the stage in the spring term, the pantomime has been a hugely positive and enjoyable distraction after what has been a challenging autumn term. Our congratulations to the sixth form cast for putting on such a great show!
