Volunteering your help over the Easter holiday at Claremont to produce 5,000 plus meals for the community to tackle food poverty.

The Thomas Franks Foundation and Claremont Fan Court School are joining forces to produce 5,000 plus meals for the community to tackle food poverty. Your help in volunteering would be greatly appreciated to help us reach this target. This is an opportunity for all the family to get involved in helping the community.

The tasks on the day will involve:

labelling

portioning

packing

When ready, the meals will be distributed to charities working with some of the most vulnerable in society. You can find out more about the Thomas Franks Foundation here: https://thomasfranks.com/charity/

Thursday 11 and Friday 12 April 2024.

We will be running 6 sessions across the 2 days. Please book onto a session by following the link here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/claremont-fan-court-school-the-big-feed-tickets-867326766707. Please book a place for each person coming to the session. Places are limited for each session and will show as being sold out when fully booked.

New Dining Room next to the JGC (Joyce Grenfell Centre)

Who

All members of the Claremont community are invited. Parents must be present with children if in Year 6 or below and these children will remain the responsibility of parents at all times.
