Timings and location

12:00pm – Meet in the outer hall (reception) of the mansion found at the top of the front steps. There will be a table here with welcome packs for you all, including a name badge (for some, it might have been a while!).

A welcome drink will be ready for you all in The Great Room. This room overlooks the back lawn of the mansion. A glass of prosecco (and non-alcoholic alternative) will be on offer for you all! As there will be alcohol present, unfortunately this is an adult-only event.

12.30pm – A whole group and individual year group photos will be taken on the back steps of the mansion. The location of this photograph is weather permitting. All photographs taken on the day will be circulated after the reunion.

1.00pm onwards – A buffet lunch reception will be on offer for you all to enjoy in The Great Room. In the event of dry weather, benches will be placed on the back lawn, prepared for those who wish to sit outside.

A selection of archival material will also be on display in this room including whole school photographs, school programmes, an interactive screen showcasing the 100 Voices page and individual photographs. If you have any photographs, you would like for us to display from your years at Claremont, please email alumni@claremont.surrey.sch.uk

Following your lunch, feel free to explore the mansion and revisit your former classrooms at any time! Roaming of the grounds is allowed too.

3.00pm – The reunion will come to a close as we have to be off-site at this time for the caretaker to lock up.

Dress code

There is no dress code, so please do wear what you feel most comfortable in.

Car parking

Car parking is found in the top car park found off the Portsmouth Road (KT10 9HZ). The route to the mansion from the car park will be sign posted. If you need accessible car parking, please do email alumni@claremont.surrey.sch.uk
